Click the Account Settings button in the bottom right to view the Account Settings, Help Center, and Log Out options. Then, press the "Help Center" option and choose a Browser to open the link, if you are prompted to do so.
When the FiscalNote Help Center loads on your mobile phone, please press the Menu button at top right and select the "Submit a request" option that appears. You will be able to submit your Support request from there by filling out the form.
