In Discovery Alerts, you can mark bills or regulations as Irrelevant. The action of marking Irrelevant entirely removes the item from the Discovery Alerts page in your FiscalNote account. Marking Irrelevant does not remove a bill or regulation from the Discovery Alerts page of other users in your organization with access to FiscalNote.
It's important to keep in mind that marking Irrelevant removes a bill or regulation from every one of the Discovery Alerts that it matched on your page. For this reason, it's important to review the Keyword match for any item in your Discovery Alerts. For more information, please read What if Multiple Alerts have a Keyword Match?
Additionally, FiscalNote will prevent that item marked as Irrelevant from ever returning to your Discovery Alerts page. Bills or regulations that get marked Irrelevant do not get saved to a folder or a trash bin. You may use Search to locate a bill or regulation that got marked Irrelevant.
