System Administrators can edit, delete one or more Labels. Please note that it is not possible to reverse or undo deletion of Labels.
To edit a Label:
Go to My account -> Organization Settings -> Labels then select the Label you wish to edit and click the pencil button. Click confirm once done editing. Please note that you may only edit one label at a time.
To delete one or more Labels:
- On the Labels page, locate the Label(s) you wish to delete
- You can delete single or multiple, depending on your task.
- The Delete Labels modal appears
- Delete modal will indicate
- Number of Labels selected for deletion
- Names of Labels selected for deletion
- Number of items from which the Labels will be deleted
- To stop the deletion process without deleting any Labels, press “Cancel”
- To complete the deletion process and delete the Labels, press “Delete”
- FiscalNote redirects to the Labels page
- A green message at the top of the screen confirms successful deletion of the Labels
- Deleted Labels are no longer be present on the Labels screen or on any items in FiscalNote. They will also no longer be visible on the Issues page.
