First, we recommend double-checking your query terms. It is possible a misspelling or misplaced punctuation led to no results.
You may also want to verify your boolean operators or the filters applied to the search. Both the boolean operators and filters can be very helpful with widening or narrowing the scope of your search.
Additionally, it's noteworthy that there are two search fields available to you while viewing an Issue: one at the top of the screen and one in the middle of the screen. The search field at the top of the screen will search across your choice of content (for example Federal Legislation: Bills or Your Team: Actions) in your entire FiscalNote account. The search field in the middle of a screen showing you an Issue tab (like Data or Stakeholders) will only search within the content that's already been added to the Issue.
