How to work with Links in FiscalNote?

Links allow you to store news articles and other web pages related to the policy issues you're following in FiscalNote and share them with the rest of your team. Each link is viewable on the Links tab in an Issue or in Drive, where you can see information at-a-glance and click to view more.

Information on the Link Card

You can view the following pieces of information on a Link Card:

1. Who uploaded and when
2. Webpage name
3. Webpage source
4. Webpage source date
5. Webpage URL
6. Webpage short description
7. Labels

Information on the Link Organization Panel

Clicking on a Link Card opens the Link Organization Panel, which gives you all of the above information on the Link and the following additional information or capabilities:

1. View and add Comments (Notes)
2. View other Issues or add to other Issues
3. View and edit the Webpage Name
4. View and edit the URL
5. View and add Labels
6. View and add Linked Items
