What is the difference between Private, Group, and Organization Notes?

From any bill, legislator, committee, register, or rule page, you may write up to three different kinds of Notes—Private Note, Group Notes, and Organization Notes.

• A Private Note is visible only to the creator of it, and there can be only one running private note (it may be continuously updated).
• Organization Notes are visible to all users within that account. Organization Notes may include plain-text and hashtags (#). You can create as many Organizational Notes as necessary.
• Group Notes are like Organization Notes, except they are visible only to a defined subset of users.
