Does the FN Mobile App offer push notifications?

Our platform can only be downloaded via App Store and is currently unavailable in Android (We are still working on making it available again in PlayStore). As a result, the push notifications only work on iOS.

In addition, the current push notifications are for Actions. It means those push notifications happen when someone on your team adds you to an action, edits an action you created or mentions you in an action or chat.

Here is how you can enable your push notification:

1. Go to your Settings > Scroll down to Account Settings.

2. Go to Notifications Tab and then tick the Mobile Push box.

Once enabled, you should start receiving push notifications when someone mentions you in an Action or a Chat.

It is important to note that push notifications may be available, receiving it real time may sometimes be delayed. Our team is constantly working in getting this feature improve.
